sunshine!!!!

Thanks be to God for sunshine!!!!



After experiencing days and days of rain and "the har" (pictured below), I am so grateful for the beauty the sun brings.



The weather is just "special" in Aberdeen. Kyle and I met up for lunch today, and the rain started about 5 minutes into our meal, and stopped just when we were stepping out side...perfect timing! Our table was next to the window, and we just sat and watched the rain fall on the cobblestone. Just before the rain we saw a seagull's feather slowly fall to the ground, against the backdrop of a stone wall supporting a really really old kirkyard. It was one of those moments you both just stop and stare in silence.
