Traveling randomness

We saw some snow...and ended up coming back to Scotland which was swamped with snow...but enjoyed having a white Christmas.







We also saw the ocean and some pelicans which was nice. Our bodies were confused by California sunshine (too bad we only experienced it for 48 hours or so).








We strolled in the sun and drank coffee to try and make the most of the little time we had.








We chatted with our friends' kids, in, of course, a coffee shop...








Drank more coffee in our snazzy new coffee mugs...





And also read some books to our little friends (I tried reading them my dissertation but they were not impressed!).
