Summer in September
Today was truly a beautiful day. Days like today totally make up for the weeks of rain we experience in August and July.
On our late morning walk we came across seals basking in the sun. They kind of look like logs in this picture; however, we did see them flopping around.
The stroll through Seaton Park was just lovely.
We topped off the afternoon with a nice berry salad, and then hit the books!

Wow! Beautiful!! And in September!?! We are finally starting to cool off here in Bako . . . it's actually supposed to be in the 80's the next couple of days!! Hurray!!
That salad looks fabulous and what a gorgeous day!
That is the thing about living where the weather is dicey...the good days are so appreciated and memorable!
So happy for you it was the weekend!
This post makes me miss Aberdeen! (I've been home for a few weeks, so really missing that place and can't wait to return!) And that salad looks amazingly yummy. : )
